Place folder lva_727_200 into:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002\aircraft

Place contents of folder sounds into:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002\SOUND

Place contents of folder gauges into:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002\GAUGES

place contents of folder effects into:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002\effects

And that's it!
